We moved on to Rodby in Denmark for the warm up event, Champions of the Future. Nearly 100 drivers were battling it out under clear sky and the wind turbines of Denmark.
Learning from the experience in Trinec last round, Jarrett was much better in qualifying. He was only two tenths of a second from qualifying in third.
However, Jarrett was too defensive too early, causing him to drop time and positions in the first few heats.
Learning from his mistakes, Jarrett put in a very aggressive drive in the superheat, moving up 12 places in an impressive drive. Despite the good super heat, it left him shy of his target of making the final. Despite this, the experience sets him up for a positive FIA Championship round in two weeks back in Rodby.
Overall a satisfying race weekend, with much improvement.
